SAVE THE DATE for the 14th Annual AVERAGE JOE CAT SHOW!

AverageJoe-18 26342671953The Average Joe Cat Show is a fun, family-friendly event hosted by Purrfect Pals, a non-profit, no-kill cat sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest.

Dozens of cats will compete in silly cat show categories such as “Most Impressive Ear Hair” and “Loudest Purr” and our photography show will feature kitty models competing for titles like ”Best Cat in a Box” and “Guiltiest Looking Cat”.

The event will also feature volunteers, staff and adoptable kitties from ten Puget Sound shelters and rescue groups, hot dogs and gourmet ice cream, a vendor fair designed with cat lovers in mind and a silent auction to support Purrfect Pals.

Second Chances Luncheon Featuring Jackson Galaxy!

Please join us for the first annual Purrfect Pals Second Chances Luncheon! Guests will enjoy a delicious gourmet vegetarian lunch while learning about our new behavior rehabilitation program and other ways in which we are providing much-needed second chances for homeless cats and kittens in the Puget Sound Region. Our inspirational speakers will include cat behavior expert and television star Jackson Galaxy as well as members of our community whose lives have been dramatically changed by Purrfect Pals and the cats we brought into their lives.

Jackson Galaxy is the host and executive director of Animal Planet’s hit show My Cat From Hell. The Cat Daddy has more than 20 years of experience teaching cat guardians to understand the world from a cat’s eye view, and helping feline family members get their “mojo” back.

There is no charge to attend the luncheon, but guests will be asked to make a donation during the event. SAVE THE DATE for the 20th Annual BLACK CAT BALL!

Please join us at the Meydenbauer Center in Downtown Bellevue for this fun and festive Halloween-themed event on the evening of October 28th, 2017! Tickets will go on sale in the summer but, in the meantime, be sure to mark your calendars and invite your cat loving friends to join you!

The Black Cat Ball features over 500 items for sale in a silent and live auction, a champagne reception and a delicious gourmet three-course vegetarian or vegan dinner including wine.

All proceeds from the Black Cat Ball support the life-saving work that Purrfect Pals is doing for cats and kittens in our community. Our goal is to end cat homelessness in the Puget Sound region and we would love for you to be part of that mission.

The cruelty investigation team from Pasado's removed 23 cats and kittens from a devastating hoarding situation in Coulee City and reached out to us for help since they knew we could provide the medical care and rehabilitation these cats desperately need. Hunter, our 12th day of Catmas kitty got his biggest holiday wish (to simply have his own people to love)! Ten-year-old Hunter came to Purrfect Pals after he was attacked by a wild animal and his eye was ruptured.
