Purrfect Endings: PIP

They went to a loving Purrfect Pals foster home where they were given medical care, nourishment, and attention. They thrived, gaining weight and becoming quite playful and full of energy. After being spayed/neutered they began looking for their forever homes.

The family pictured above fell in love with Pip at an Outreach Adoption Event. Cynthia and the children had wanted a kitten for a number of years, but Dad wasn’t too sure about having a pet. After doing some research Dad agreed to look for a kitten. All agreed that they wanted an orange tabby, and when the family saw Pip they all fell in love with him and agreed that his name should be Pumpkin.

According to Cynthia Pumpkin is an affectionate cat who is very loving and playful. He faithfully uses the litter box, uses his scratching post and does not scratch the furniture. In Cynthia’s note to Pip’s foster Mom she says, “Thanks again for your part in rescuing and raising Pumpkin. He has a great personality and we love him dearly. We plan to have many, many great years with him.”

There are many kittens like Pip who would never have a chance to survive if it were not for the great people who give their time and homes to provide foster care. Please consider fostering a litter of kittens (or an older cat). You will find it to be a very rewarding experience!
