Purrfect Endings: Scotty
Then a couple of months ago a couple who volunteer for Purrfect Pals started searching the data base looking for a friend for their senior female kitty, Priscilla, another Purrfect Pals cat that they adopted about two years ago. They found Scotty, now 16, and decided he was the one they were looking for. Jeff picked him up and took him home to meet Priscilla. The first few days he was a bit confused, but then made a smooth transition into their family. Both Scotty and Priscilla have their own special areas – but they are now happily sharing Priscilla’s crib.
Jeff and Lisa love Scotty (now formally known as Scotty Jove Marc Anthony). He has turned into a lap cat who loves to sleep on Jeff’s chest where he purrs loudly and constantly, and he is happy to wear a bandana along with all of the other kitties in the household. Scotty also likes to jump up on the couch next to Lisa, and if she doesn’t start petting him immediately, he taps her on the arm until she does.
