Hunter’s Holiday Wish Comes True Thanks to Generous Purrfect Pals Donors!
Hunter, our 12th day of Catmas kitty got his biggest holiday wish (to simply have his own people to love)! Ten-year-old Hunter came to Purrfect Pals after he was attacked by a wild animal and his eye was ruptured. His owners brought him to Purrfect Pals for medical treatment and to find a new home because they could not afford his care. Thanks to the generous donations of our supporters, Hunter received the surgery he needed and has recovering well.
Today, Hunter was adopted by a couple and their daughter from our adoption center at Woodinville PetSmart. They weren’t looking for a kitty but fell in love with our handsome pirate kitty on Facebook. (As did many people – he had a line of potential adopters this morning!) Hunter’s new folks came in to meet him this morning and took him home, along with a big cart of goodies. In addition to his human family who are going to spoil him rotten, Hunter will have a 13 year old feline friend at home to play with and keep him company.
Hunter got his Christmas wish through the magic of social networking. Although he’s found his home, many of his friends and fellow Purrfect Pals kitties are still waiting for their own homes and families and Hunter hopes that the people who responded to his need will consider adopting other needy cats. Thank you for helping us make miracles like these happen for wonderful cats and kittens like Hunter. We couldn’t do it without your support!
