“I had been volunteering for about two years and had just started fostering. Susan called and asked if I could take a little tabby with a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia. I was there in 10 minutes. I had two older cats that didn’t play much anymore so it was so fun to see all the toys out again and little Diane awkwardly attacking them. Her scheduled adoption event got cancelled so I had her an extra week and it was just enough to seal the deal. My first foster fail! (There have since been others…) She is definitely Meowmy’s girl and is never far from me. So friendly, and always looking for a chin skritch from anyone willing. We recently moved to Ohio and she made the five day trip in the motorhome like a champ and has her spots here all picked out. Her name is Bubbles but we call her anything but. Bub, Bubsy, Buboo, Buboosky, Boosky… you get the picture”
