The luckiest cats at Purrfect Pals live in Kathy’s Room!

We recently completed construction of a brand new 4000 sq ft building at our Arlington sanctuary and our newly expanded facility will allow us to increase our capacity, improve services and provide even better care for the cats in our community and their families. The building houses several new cat rooms, an adoption center, offices and the heart of our organization: Kathy Centala, our Resident Caretaker and the Founder of Purrfect Pals. “Kathy’s Room” is a small studio apartment which Kathy shares with special cats. The cats who live in her room typically need additional love and care. They might be wonderful cats that don’t do well in a kennel, a kitty in late-stage kidney failure who is receiving hospice care or a semi-feral cat that needs constant exposure to people to come out of his shell.
