Raylo

Purrfect Ending Story:

“My story began in the summer of 2015.  I had lost one of my kitties a year prior. My heart was broken into a million pieces.Every time I went to Petco for supplies, I HAD to look at the kitties up for adoption. I am one of those cat ladies that want to save them all. Every time, I gave myself a pep talk – “don’t get attached, don’t get attached”  and would just talk to each one and pet them if they were out. However, one grabbed my heart. A chunky house panther named Raylo. I was instantly drawn to him and his persnickety personality. I visited him quite often but convinced myself I wasn’t ready for another cat. The more time I spent with him, the more I loved him.  I learned he went for walks around the store either on a leash or in a stroller. I even got to walk him a couple times. I couldn’t resist him any longer and had to have him. After completing the adoption and bringing him home, he plopped right down as if to say, “Ahh, I’m home”.Throughout the years, his personality has continued make me giggle. I would describe him as ‘sweet and spicy’. He must sit his 20lb. body on top of me, obstructing my view of the tv. He must have his “snackies” on time or else he squawks at me incessantly. He must follow me round like a puppy. But he also is beyond sweet and gives me so much joy with his snuggles and head bonks. He has helped me through the loss of my other kitty, my chronic illness, a cross country move and has been my lil bestie. I love my chunky house panther so much! I’m so grateful to Purrfect Pals for bringing him into my life.”
