At Purrfect Pals, we believe that every cat, including those with special medical or behavioral needs, matters and is adoptable. Some cats just need more time than others to find the right match.  Our ultimate goal is to place them with families but, in the meantime, these cats will have a safe and loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.

Our staff of volunteers and employees ensure that they have the love, medical care, food, toys and comfy beds that they need to be as happy and healthy as possible.  Most sanctuary rooms have access to secured outdoor enclosures which allow our long-term residents to snooze in the sun and chase bugs (and the occasional mouse) on nice days.

Our sanctuary is currently home to cats positive for FIV and Feline Leukemia, cats with behavioral challenges, geriatric (though we prefer the term “vintage”), cats with chronic illnesses and cats in need of hospice care.
