Lizzie came back to Purrfect Pals, when her elderly owner could no longer take care of her. Of course, a Purrfect Pals feline is always welcomed back. Lizzie was recently diagnosed with diabetes which is being controlled by diet. She also receives medication for her arthritis. Because Lizzie doesn’t “play nice with others”, she was put in her own little suite that has a small catio attached. Lizzie’s favorite thing to do is announce to anyone in earshot (she literally screams “HELLO!”) when she wants to go onto the catio so she can hop on the chair to watch the wildlife that wanders through the campus. When she can’t go outside, she loves to play a rousing game of “catch the dot” with a staff member or volunteer. Lizzie is available for special placement where she will be the only cat in the home but until she is adopted, she is available for monthly sponsorship.
